Conditions Commercial :

1. Minimum purchase : Bulk price applies to purchases over $ 500,000 per origin (Spain, China, etc.).
2. Form of payment : At least one 60% must be paid to manage each order, the balance must be paid upon delivery once the products arrive in Chile.
3. Values does not include dispatch from our warehouse to the customer, once the merchandise arrives in Chile, the final delivery must be coordinated.
4. LPrices are expressed in Chilean pesos including VAT.
5. The product formats and varieties that are on the page are not exclusive of others, if there is no format or variety that you require, you can request it and we will consult the supplier for availability and price.
   
6. The final price of the products may have variations, These will be informed prior to delivery, due to the volatility of exchange rates and availability of raw materials.
7. The arrival time in Chile from Spain is 45 working days and from China 75 working days from the closing date of the Joint Import.
   
8. Failure to pay: If the customer pays a part of the order and, when the merchandise arrives in Chile, does not pay the outstanding difference, ZenWay Life will withhold the amount paid and will apply a 15% penalty of the total order value. The remainder of the credit note, if any, will be returned to the customer within 15 working days.
